Selling a Roseville 55+ Condo

We were fortunate enough to help out a client selling a Co-op unit in Greenhouse Village of Roseville.  Selling a Co-op has its own set of rules, one of which was the seller was only able to accept a cash offer as with a Co-op, the buyer is buying shares not real estate.  The shares that are owned allow for the buyer to occupy a unit within the complex.  We were able to find a buyer and sell one of the very first units in this complex as an outside agent (most sales are handled within the building).
