Hamline-Midway is a bustling little neighborhood in St. Paul, Minnesota, the neighborhood is named for the college of Hamline that used to lie within the neighborhood and for the location of the neighborhood in the middle of downtown St. Paul. The neighborhood which is also known as District 11 spans from Pierce Butler Route as it’s northern boundary down to Univeristy Avenue on the southern border and from Lexington Parkway on the east to the railroad tracks on the west. Hamline-Midway is a mix of residential areas and commercial, industrial, retail and wholesale establishments. The neighborhood features shady streets, historic homes, a handful of public parks and a real sense of community.

One highlight of the area parks is Newell Park with its lush rolling landscape and pavilions for outdoor events and plenty of space for free play, picnics and so much more.
