Why Choose Maplewood?
Maplewood is a suburb in the Twin Cities metro area, located immediately to the north and east of St. Paul. It is approximately 8 miles to downtown St. Paul and 15 miles to downtown Minneapolis. Maplewood contacts many of the metropolitan freeways, including Interstates 94, 694, and 494, and provides direct access to both downtown areas. Because of its close proximity to these two larger cities and the suburban lifestyle it provides, it’s a popular draw for commuters.
Additionally, Maplewood hosts the corporate headquarters of 3M, employing thousands at local offices.
