Why Choose Arden Hills?
Arden Hills is a suburb in the Twin Cities metro area, located to the north of Minneapolis and St. Paul. It is approximately 11 miles from the downtown areas of both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Arden Hills sits at the crossroads of two major metropolitan freeways, providing easy access to both downtowns. Because of its close proximity to these two larger cities and the suburban lifestyle it provides, it’s a popular draw for commuters.

It is anticipated that much of this property will be developed into residential housing in the near future.
